2020 Asia Pacific Conference On Economics and Finanace
ESG Tech is a global platform for exchanging data between banks and governing bodies. It is important work, but let’s be honest: data disclosure isn’t exactly a thrill-ride for the average viewer. I worked with them to create this explainer animation for the 2020 Asia Pacific Conference on Economics and Finance in Singapore using Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
The main challenge was to take the heavy lifting of ESG data and package it into something that was easy to follow and actually engaging for an audience of economists. It was a great challenge in simplifying the complex without losing the message, and is proof that even the most serious data can have a bit of personality when it moves.
